I reached out to Quality via their website and I immediately got a call asking if I wanted to move up to a closer day and he gave me instructions to try to get heat for the night! The next morning a young lady called and gave me my arrival window. 4-6pm….I received a call from Hamilton around 4:30 or so and said he’d be there in 10 minutes. I get so anxious because you never know what you will get with service contractors but Hamilton was amazing very knowledgeable and personable, he wasn’t looking for ways to get over, he was looking for honest resolution and he found the issue and took care of it and made sure my heat was functioning before he left. That is stellar customer service!! I work in service work, managing floor installers and this is what I expect out of my guys and I run a tight ship lol!
