It was my first time with Quality Electric, I was able to fill in my information and upload a photo of the damage, which was a burned outlet. I received a confirmation of the appointment, then the next day and then another notification yesterday. This morning, Chris called to let me know he had arrived. The appointment window was scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., so I expected it to be later, but he arrived right at 8:00 a.m. Chris was very friendly, honest about everything and professional. He inspected the outlet, checked the electrical panel, and clearly explained what need to be done, and the cost. He also explained the outlet replacement and gave me helpful advice on what I should do moving forward. I really appreciated how honest, clear, and professional he was throughout the visit. After the electrician found the fuse had gone bad, we were given several options on what to do. We decided to have the fuse box removed and upgraded to a modern panel, as well as a new meter installed outside. Kyle and Eric were back the very next day and got the whole process finished within less than 6 hours. Both were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, as well as being very upfront about pricing for everything. The office was also upfront about everything and nice to speak with.
