So the Pure Experts recommended to replace current softener and carbon filter with ozone iron remover with new softener. They came on time and did a very professional install looks top notch. The initial ozone pump had an issue and Seth and Alexa our installers decided to come back the next day and put in a whole new pump. Still had some issues so Seth and Alexa came back again for the third time made some minor tweaks, and now its up and working perfectly. Service after the sale has been top notch.
