The project took the entire day, and even though it ran longer than expected, he stayed until everything was fully completed so we wouldn’t be without hot water. Andrew came out and did a thorough review because there was a decent amount of corrosion on the old fittings and very poor access leaving him only three or 4 inches to work with of incoming copper waterline. It is a townhouse of five units with no individual shut off valves, meaning the entire building had to be shut off and drained before the repair could be completed, which involve getting coordination and participation with the HOA and 72 hour notification of all the tenants As it turned out, the building supervisor needed Andrew‘s help to identify the correct water shut off valve out in the street, as they originally shut off the fire sprinkler valve, not the Water Service valve!!! He was able to remove the failing fitting and place new fittings along with a new water shut off and pressure regulator. First class Professionalism and attention to detail. Because I felt I could trust him, I asked his advice about an aging Gas water heater and he agreed with me that it was on It’s Last legs. So we trusted him to both complete the repair and install the new water heater. Again, professional skill, carrying and expertise. We’ll go nowhere else for future plumbing needs.
