He took the time to explain how my unit functioned as well as different options I could look at so I am not over paying. Tje technican was methodical and actually found where a previous HVAC technician (not from this company) had actually installed a capacitor that was the wrong size and corrected it. I really appreciate the openness of this company as I see far too many times where places will over charge you because you to not know any better. I’ve had them out to do several jobs on my system now, and they always strive to look for creative solutions, take the time to explain it and help you to understand it, and execute it at a level that to me seems like nothing short of perfection. Unlike a lot of companies out there who seem to just want to sell you a new unit, these fine folks always look for solutions and only recommend a new unit if it’s absolutely necessary. I’ve had six of their techs to the house over the last couple of years, and they’ve all been great. I’ve had them do duct work, general maintenance, and recently even had to replace the entire system due to age. They are excellent communicators, show up in a timely manner, strap booties on their feet before entering your home (surprisingly rare and may not seem like much to some, but to me it’s a very courteous and respectful gesture), and truly exhibit a level of pride and professionalism in their work that seems rare now a days. Big shout out for a solid replacement job by Dakota and Mason. They did a fantastic job and my house is now nice a cool. Heck, they even swept the garage area they had been working in! They definitely go above and beyond. Also appreciate the solid work done on past jobs from Carlos, Nathan, and Joseph. Finally, I just wanted to give a big shout out to Kaison. That young man is the epitome of a pro. Your technicians are literally the face of your company, and you definitely not only have a fantastic tech but an ambassador for your company with that man. His level of professionalism, compassion for his clients, his expertise and the pride he takes in his work go above and beyond and it was truly a pleasure to work with him.
