  Every aspect of this experience was a breeze. I got a quote in 2024 for a minisplit installation, but wasn't ready to move forward until 2025 and these nice folks gave me a great deal. Every employee was respectful and kind. The house was very clean after install. There was a slight hiccup with our weirdly set up electric and they came by immediately to get it sorted. Would recommend and we will be back in a few years to install another unit elsewhere in the house.

  Great experience with Pro- Tech installation of new furnace. They honored a previous quote and came the next day to install knowing I was without heat. Everyone was very thorough and professional. Came back for finishing touches the next day and did an excellent job cleaning the ducts/ vents. So great to start the new year with clean air and heat. Highly recommend.

  I am impressed with Pro-Tech Air Conditioning & Heating.  Zoltan and Issac did an excellent job in locating a problem I had with my Trane heating system.  The cause, although not major, took some thorough searching on their part.  They were professional and knowledgeable and took time to  explain the issue clearly.  I will definitely use this company to maintain my system!

  I have twice used Pro-Tech for service on my 26-year-old furnace system. Cornelius did such a great job the first time he came that I asked for him specifically. He's friendly, efficient, and very knowledgable, able to answer all my questions and help me make sensible decisions about this old system. I will definitely call Pro-Tech again, and ask for Cornelius' help if possible.

  If you could dream of 2 guys coming into your house all day for a couple days and being respectful like they mean it, laughing together and enjoying the work as they do it, and leaving the place as clean as they found it, these are your guys.
I couldn't be more impressed with the work, the attitude, or the care of all the people involved, including Tyler the sales rep.  Everything exceeded my expectations and also exceeded my experience of working with service providers in New Mexico.  And the price was very fair.
I also want to say that this was a very tough job in an extremely tight space in a small attic.  Still, nobody complained and they did their work with joy.
