Pro Plus Services sent a very knowledgeable carpenter who was able to comply with our many requests. They left plenty of space under the lowest shelf for the new insulation to be added and gave us more shelving space than we knew could be accommodated. Our basement is now empty! ...and now ready to be finished, which I'll likely ask Pro Plus Services to do for us. The shelving were very professionally assembled and installed in a timely manner. Our only concession we had to make (willingly and understandably) was the early working hours to accommodate the unworkable temperatures that developed in the attic over the course of the day. Being a relatively handy individual myself, I didn't want to do the project myself because of the number of trips up and down the 2 flights of stairs, the brutally hot temperatures in the attic, and the cramped working spaces where some of the shelving was installed but Pro Plus Services made the job look effortless and easy. They completed the job in 2 half-days when it would have taken me at least a week to a lessor quality. They were super professional, very courteous, respectful, and made the whole process, which was quite involved and disruptive for us, as smooth and pleasant as possible. The overall cost was fair and reasonable. Any change orders were dealt with professionally and up front, with communication the entire time about cost. It was remarkable that Cabel would actually send us the invoices from subcontractors showing us the cost for various things instead of quoting random prices for additional work.
