They're professional, clear in their communication, and upfront about scheduling. Even though they were busy, they kept us informed and offered to move us up when a cancellation opened. The larger install was challenging because we wanted the unit mounted on a rock wall with the pipes running out from the bottom. The team had to drill through roughly 20 inches of lava rock, which isn't easy, but they handled it efficiently and cleanly. The end result looks great and works perfectly. We had an issue with one unit because we live right next to the ocean and of course, anything by the ocean is subject to salt water erosion and more.
