My boiler started leaking water out of different spouts and pipes. I called around and several answering services quoted me an assessment fee of $150 (+ the $150 would not be credited to a final bill) and then the assessor would let me know during the visit when repairs could be scheduled. PPH was a breath of fresh air! First - I did get an answering service and Mike called me back within minutes (this was late in the afternoon). And he actually cared about what I was experiencing. I was concerned about this being an immediate emergency so he let me send him pics & a video of the water. He reassured me that everything was ok, told me what to do and he came out the next morning. He and his associate were kind, patient, explained & showed me the problem and they worked together as a team to resolve it. He gave me further instructions about maintenance and reassured me I could call him if I experienced any other issues. Mike was easy to talk with and it was actually a pleasure to have him in the house. He was also kind to my dog (who's a big fluffy love-puppy).
