He was able to get me scheduled quickly to check a water heater leak and even said he’d call later in the day if he couldn’t get it looked at sooner—and he actually did. When the technicians arrived, Justus and George were just as excellent. Overall, this was the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I would give them extra stars if I could.
