Jess is great with communication and Matthew and other person did installation, so far so good, since it’s almost winter can’t tell how new system is running (hopefully good for the summer). Matthew not only found the issue instantly but rolled up his sleeves to help my husband reconnect it. He even stayed to make sure the house started warming up. He showed a lot of respect for my husband’s career as a firefighter and treated us with genuine kindness.
