This year marked the second winter emergency HVAC issue over the last few years. Every person we interacted with from start to finish on the Premier team was kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting us serviced as soon as possible. We lost heat two days before the biggest winter snow storm and our house was unbearably cold. We called after hours and decided to wait until the next morning to get on the schedule. Tanner came out that next day after he was on another job all day. He arrived at 4:30pm and didn’t leave until almost 9:30pm.
