When a box truck snagged cable lines on our street taking down 2 poles and our under ground power lines, they came out a 8:00 am After 8 hours we were ready for RI Energy to connect to pole. They knew exactly what to do including materials they needed and permits. - 4/5 — Anonymous The electricians sent to my home were very neat and professional. Work was done well however, I do have one plug on the counter that’s not secure in the box. In terms of the pricing, I felt that it was little high based on the work performed. It was expected that a new electrical line would need to be pulled but that was not the case. The original estimate was given based on a conversation with the carpenter without looking at the job. Once the job was reviewed in person, the confirmed pricing was not communicated. I would suggest more transparency in pricing. I will be mailing a check tomorrow and let me know if you can stop by to fix the loose plug. They don't waste your time, add unnecessary components, or chatter as they work. Clean, efficient service. Pricing was fair for all the 8 am-4 pm rewiring they had to do. Josh's BBB A+ rating is no exaggeration. Lucky I found him on their website. Now he's my go-to electrician in my phone contacts. The owner Josh came out repaired a nasty corrosion issue inside our panel.He explained everything upfront and got use up and running in no time. He never tried to sell us anything.I asked if a newer larger panel would serve had expanding family needs and he said it would. I asked for an estimate. It was very fair and within a week we had Josh and his VERY skilled staff came out and installed our NEW 200amp service panel . Josh and his crew never stopped working,no breaks no lunch,when offering them food or water they declined and stayed focused on the job at hand.
