He did this over the phone. AND HE WAS 100% RIGHT. it's a good company, a kind company, and in this day and age a rarity, and honest, sincere and professional business. He gave me the option to come out in the middle of the night or wait until morning. I chose morning and they were here earlier than they said tey would be. The cost was right on the number. The employees work with professional courteous and fast. And completely thorough. Even on the side of too much. If you're looking, I hope you'll try these people. Called on Thursday night with furnace having issues and left a voicemail received a call back within 10 minutes and diagnosed the issue over the phone the part was not available at the time but he offered to bring out heaters to get us through the night . He had someone at my house before 9 am to fix the issue and ended up finding a cracked heat exchanger . They were honest and upfront and gave me options to repair my current furnace or replace the unit. We choose to replace the unit due to the issues and the age of the unit. They had a new unit at my house by 9 am Wednesday and installed with in a few hours . They were friendly , cleaned up after themselves and made sure to explain our new unit to us throughly.
