Jason arrived on time and went right to work on our new toilet and installation of the sink. It was really helpful that we clearly communicated what was being done to complete the work order. Jason was friendly and very respectful of our home (we put little plastic booties on his shoes to keep our floor clean) We are happy with the outcome of the work that was performed. For context, my furnace was making louder than usual noises which was not an emergency, but also not something I wanted to wait to be resolved. They have great customer service from scheduling to the technician leaving my home. I was provided very clear next steps as the issue couldn’t be resolved immediately, and I should be able to have everything fully resolved within the next day or so.
