We decided to include a new on demand hot water heater at the same time. We are retired with my career spent in sales and marketing within the petroleum industry. So my experience has always been the benchmark for how others in the service industry conduct themselves while doing business. Well, we had a very refreshing experience from the introduction handshake with Rob to the final handshakes with Codie, and Eric. We spent the better part of a week with these gentlemen in our home, and from the first morning to the last afternoon they conducted themselves in a professional knowledgeable manner. They protected our hardwood floors, vacuumed and swept throughout each of the processes. As each one went about their work they paid particular attention to detail. I had quite a few questions as to what they were doing, and each one was addressed with patience and confidence. When the project was completed they reviewed all that was done and went over the functions of the new water heater. When they left after completion it was as though they’d never been here. All was cleaned , dusted and swept. All this means a great deal to people who recognize when an organization goes the extra distance in serious, complicated, and daunting to us situations.
