I just replaced my 21 year old Trane heat pump and 45 year old General Electric air handler. I had PVA install a new, more efficient Trane heat pump and matching air handler.
Caleb and Damian did a super job with the install. It was pretty much a direct replacement, but they were still here all day to make sure they got everything right. They were always double-checking each other.
They had to come back the next day after the electrician came and did the high voltage hookup.
Caleb and Damian did the start-up of the new system and everything worked as it should.
They were very courteous and helpful and answered all my questions.
Hopefully I will get 20 years out of this new Trane system.
I highly recommend Poudre Valley Air.

When our 33 year old furnace failed, PVAIR evaluated the repair/replace alternatives, and recommended replacement. They listened to our needs, recommended a particular unit, scheduled and completed the install quickly. Looks great, runs great. and received compliments from the county inspector.

Poudre Valley Air installed an ultra efficient recessed mini-split system throughout my home. Everything is mounted in the ceiling and is super sleek and clean. There is nothing exposed on the exterior walls of my house and there is no chunky box up high on the interior walls of my rooms. The system both heats and cools.

Jason designed it. His technical knowledge and ability to design and problem solve completely surpassed everyone else I spoke with. I got estimates from 3 other HVAC companies. When I asked them about the type of system Jason was suggesting, they didn't know what he was talking about. One thought they could maybe do something similar but their estimate was fully double Jason's estimate. No kidding.

There was a glitch with getting in all the parts in time (go figure, with Covid running strong) and I had an international tenant arriving soon. The staff of Poudre Valley absolutely bent over backwards trying to get this done for me. They called other hvac companies up and down the front range and were able to source the missing parts from them.

Wyatt and his crew did the install. They worked almost around the clock to get my job done in time because they knew I was in a serious pinch. Their work was outstanding. This was a huge, complicated job and when they left, it was so clean I almost couldn't tell contractors had been there.
Wyatt walked me through everything and taught how to best use and maintain my system.

The service I received from Poudre Valley Air was unmatched. In this day and age, service like this is dying. They took the time to understand me and get to know me and they gave me and my project what was needed. It was an absolute pleasure to work with PVA. I can't recommend them enough!

I never write reviews, for some reason, but my experience with Poudre Valley Air was so amazing, I had to say it. I was apprehensive by the prospect of replacing my furnace- and in February no less, but because of Steve who diagnosed the problem, and Andy who educated me on my options, and Steve, Damien, and Andrew who did the install, it really was a very easy experience. They were all so warm, patient, and knowledgeable and they took the time to help me through the process. I had a new furnace up and running within 2 days of my first call and it ended up being less than expensive than the other companies I consulted. It really was a wonderful customer service experience, and I am so grateful for my new furnace. Thank you!

My furnace went out when it was very cold and everywhere had very long wait lists. I was told 4-5 weeks by all other local companies. This company got me in right away and had my furnace working within a day. They also brought up from Colorado to Wyoming several space heaters so my place and I would stay warm. They were great to work with and will use them in the future as needed
