I left a message and my call was returned within the hour. After listening to my concerns, he first reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. He suggested that I might consider a servicing and explained the service. I agreed and he set up a service date and time right then, one being the most convenient for me. I was given a 2 hour time frame in which I could expect the technician. Early in the time frame I received a call from Scott, saying he was only 10 minutes away. Scott and Ronald arrived, and I was greeted by 2 of the most polite service people I've ever encountered! They were very thorough in explaining everything to me and gave me tips for being able to take care of some things for myself. The technician came out on Friday and within 5 minutes had our gas back and running.
