They went into our crawl space—a horrible, hard-to-reach area—without a single complaint. They took clear pictures, showed us everything that was wrong, and explained the situation thoroughly. It turned out we needed a new furnace. They came back two days later to install it, and while they were working they also detected a gas leak near the hot water heater that we didn’t even know about.
