He communicated with me extremely well and was able to schedule me in same day while already having a busy day. He was upfront about cost / troubleshooting to find the issue. He found it extremely quick ! He found that my buss bar for my main panel was melted and showed me everything and told me cost of repair. Due the severity, they had to come back the next day so they could find a place that was open to located the parts they needed.
