The technician arrived right on time and quickly removed my old garbage disposal and installed the new one without any issues. He was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. I really appreciated how he cleaned up everything before he left. The entire job was fast, smooth, and stress-free. The company first scheduled me for a window of 3 to 7 pm on a 12/24/25 (Christmas Eve). The day before the appointment I received an update changing the appointment to between 9 and 12 pm. On the day of the appointment I woke up to an to an alarm I’d Set for 8:30 am. I had a missed call from 8:13am. I immediately called the number back. On my third attempt to recall the number, a technician answered and informed me the appointment was set for 8 to 11am. I explained the company had made an error, but was informed that the appointment would now have to be rescheduled for the following week. I had to completely alter my Christmas Eve plans twice for this company. I was basically told that it was unfortunate that there had been a miscommunication. This is completely unacceptable and in my opinion this company is completely unreliable. I would reccomend using another company.
