Explained all the steps, gave us options on our estimates. Thorough, polite, listened when we asked questions. A real credit to the Plumbing Plus company. We will definitely call Plumbing Plus when have plumbing needs. Addendum: Changed the Star rating to 1. See pictures below. After flushing the tankless water heater it started leaking. It was not leaking before the flush. Called Plumbing Plus to come and fix the leak they created and was told that I would be charged to fix it. Ten years with Plumbing Plus.
