Plumbing Knight had installed the previous tank 13 years ago. It was clever of them to have placed stickers with their company logo on that tank as I hadn’t any idea who I should call when the tank quit working without that suggestion. AJ and his associate did an excellent job of removal and completing the new install. I was well oriented as to the operation of the new equipment and very pleased with every aspect of the experience. Wanted to complement their online form to establish an appointment. It was easy and very efficient. Once I sent the form Charity called immediately to verify my appointed time which was the next day. Luckily it ended up not being a burst pipe but we found some other things and, like most companies, he offered a number of different services that could be done to improve our home. I fully expected that but what I appreciated was that while he was assertive (like any good salesman should be), he was never off putting or insulting or aggressive. We opted for some and left the others and it was such a pleasant way to have gone about it that we don’t regret our service purchase at all.
