Saturday morning I woke up to water leaking out of my second floor's ceiling. Delightful. Plumb365 was referred to me by a friend - Agent Stacey Trickey. Talked to Mike who sent a tech out in a couple hours. A ray of sunshine named Tristen arrived and he did the detection and emergency services. Tristen and Sergio came back to do drying and remediation. They were immaculate in their destruction of the wet dry wall and skillfully removed the base boards and crown moldings so they could be reused. It was literally the cleanest construction zone ever! Mike and Cameron came out to do the carpentry and reinstallation of the baseboards and molding and left the place spotless. They even hung my light backup! Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with and they were great with my dog. I hope I never have to see any of them again but since copper pipes are not indestructible, I have Plumb365 saved in my phone for next time.
