We had appointments on Monday and Phillips agreed to come on Tuesday. What I like about Phillips is they notify you regarding appointments and arrival times. Bobby came on time Tuesday and very quickly found the issue and the heat was on. Bobby explained the problem and said that it was just something that was overlooked during installation and he apologized.
