  What a gem! They had just the Miele vac I was looking for. It is so convenient having this great store in the Marina. The folks at Phil's Electric are super helpful, and they have a great selection of vacuums and accessories.   Many thanks to Tom for his great help and service!

  Superb quality and service! Vicky and the Phil's team took great care of us, helping us pick a delightful canister vacuum (Sebo E2) that was both better suited to our needs and cheaper than the one we had identified. We were even able to exchange attachments so we could get the perfect ones for our needs. We're so grateful to have found Phil's and to have had the opportunity to try different models before buying one (so rare in our online-first world). We're excited to be their customers for years to come.

  Phil’s is definitely a San Francisco institution! They have repaired my vacuum and helped me with other small repairs that l couldn’t do myself. I would be lost without them!

  Never used him but was sharing the road with a car that had this business advertised… specifically hwy 111.The driver drove erratically, cut me off,  no signals, weaving in and out of the lane. Drove past him and it was an older man with white hair…. That alone shows me the person or hot mess he is. Why would you use him for business?
