I have called 5 times to try to speak with Mark to ask him questions regarding an inspection. I keep not being able to connect with him as I am able to make phone calls with my children at home and us being very sick. I’m told I can only converse via email and I asked why I couldn’t just get my questions answered since we are trying to close on a house for 5 months.
