Despite this, they completely ignored the survey and installed the fence 30 ft under the property line, on both our right and left fence lines. When we brought the issue to their attention, they refused to take responsibility and have declined to fix their mistake. Their attitude has been dismissive, and they’ve shown no interest in resolving the problem—even though it’s entirely their fault. They require 11k to remove the fence installed incorrectly and an additional 4k to add to the correct size. All this after we paid initial 10k for the original fence. This is not just bad service; it’s a legal liability and a violation of trust. We’re now left with a costly, stressful mess and may have to take further action just to have it corrected. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. Before having Perimeter Fence Co. come renovate the patio deck, I was honestly embarrassed to have people in my backyard. The deck I had was rotting and had missing pieces so we had to put this green mesh tarp to cover the holes. It was hideous. Perimeter Fence Co. took time to ensure that my vision for the renovated deck was fulfilled.
