  As good as It gets!!! Pelle was fast, expert, and very clean.

From first contact, Pelle's staff was highly expert in what has become a complicated field and with all the rebates, even buying is complex! There are a lot of rules.

When Charles told me the installation would take one day, I remember thinking skeptical thoughts. But seven hours after Erick and his crew arrived, they were sweeping the floor and driveway, and putting the last of my 25-year-old system on the truck.

Dependable, courteous, on-time, and professional at every step.

  Pelle is one of the best service and installation businesses I've ever worked with. They provided excellent customer and technical services and were very responsive when I had questions.  My house is old and every improvement isn't simple but Pelle made it painless.  They took care of the building permit process which was a relief.  Even when I had a system glitch caused by the Xmas morning storm, both the owner of Pelle and the office administrator responded to my voicemail to reassure me.  Who does that on a major holiday?

  Jeff showed up on time. Explained to him our issues with our thermostat. He did through eval of our furnace and thermostat. Where the PM service made it 100% worth while were the questions he asked me about our intake vents and ducts. He gave me very advice about how our furnace is operating and how to help ensure longevity of our furnace. He even took the time to clean our intake vents and make adjustments. Pelle Heating and Air is solid. Thanks for the tips Jeff! Go to HVAC experts moving forward.

  We are so glad we chose Pelle for our new split system. Rafe was patient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions along with staying engaged with our project throughout the whole process.   I would like to thank Paul Mitchell for diagnosing and fixing our heating system. We noticed that our heater didn't really warm up the house and called Pelle Heating and Air Conditioning. Paul arrived on time and spent time carefully diagnosing the issue. It turned out that our roofer sealed the cap of the heater exhaust too tightly, causing the heater to run very inefficiently. It could have been tricky to figure out the root cause as the issue was not on the heater itself but on the exhaust. Paul called me the next day to make sure that our heater is working okay.
