I scheduled a quote and repair back in Sept/Oct 2025, apologies to Mike as I’m late in getting this review out for his professional services when it came to fixing our kitchen sink. He came to our house and gave a competitive quote, was very friendly, and gave us some great advice. When it came to making the scheduled repair, he came back over and walked me through what he was doing, finished in a timely manner, and cleaned up everything before leaving. He was clearly an experienced pro and even went above and beyond by teaching me some great tips. Hard to find that level of business professionalism, experience level, and customer service these days. It’s been a few months since the rebuild and we’ve had zero leaks/no issues. I couldn’t recommend this company more, they were also very friendly over the phone when scheduling. I look forward to working with them again in the future for our issues. Thanks again to Mike V!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Outstanding Service, Every Single Time

Paul the Plumber has been nothing short of incredible over the past year. Every employee we’ve worked with — especially Mike, Tom, John, Kevin, and several others — has been professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. Their attitude and workmanship stand out every single visit.

We’ve had a variety of projects done, including grounding our entire home’s electrical system, installing flood lights, adding new outlets, and more. Each job was completed with exceptional care, attention to detail, and at a very reasonable price. We also truly appreciate their military discount, which shows their respect and support for service members.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work or the people behind it. Paul the Plumber has earned our trust, and we’ll continue supporting them for all our home needs. Highly recommend!

I saw their ad that they were a local family outfit and I wanted to support local work. - so many plumbers are being bought out lately by big companies - well never again. These guys are more expensive than the "big company" i was using.

I was charged $640 to fix an outdoor leaking faucet and add a shut off valve. It's $75 in parts (I looked) and was 20 minutes work. When I said that rate works out at $800+ an hour, (by the way that was with my "veteran discount" LOL ) I got shrugs and that's what the ipad tells me to charge. I was going out of town so my back was against the wall, I didn't have the right tools and needed the work done.

When they show up, you owe them $99 for the quote even if they don't do the work. So at that point it doesn't make a lot of sense to sit home for another 4 hours waiting for the next plumber. If the next plumber was $150 cheaper (and my last plumber was $225 cheaper for similar work) I would have been $50 ahead and had to sit home 3 days to get it done. (PTP called off the first day they were supposed to come because of other jobs getting backed up. )

I don't blame the plumbers , they did professional work and were nice guys. This is a company thing.

I had seen another review that said they were charged $700 an hour. I didn't believe it, I thought he guy was ranting. I guess I should have believed it.

Being a club member of Paul the Plumber ensures same day service. What is truly amazing is the quality of the service. No games they stand behind their work. I was fortunate to have two young plumbers come today in the freezing weather for a frozen drain. They crawled in under my home and never gave up until they had found and repaired the problem. Courteous, good natured and hard working an unbeatable combination. They may not be the cheapest but they are the best. Exceptional service.

We have used PTP many times throughout the past three years, including replacing toilets, spigots, sinks and having a whole home water filtration system and reverse osmosis system installed. Each experience was scheduled easily and the guys who came by were all friendly and very good at answering any and all questions I had. Ken was our main POC for the water filtration system and he clearly is obsessed with water and was great at walking through everything without it feeling like a sell job. A lot of times they seem to work as a plumber and apprentice situation which I think says a lot about their commitment to quality and training
