  Do not buy furniture from this company. They delivered the wrong base for my $5300 patio table and promised to deliver the correct one. Two months later still waiting for the base. I have been told three times that the base was on the next truck still no base, I’m left with a table that tips over if you put any pressure on it.if I can figure out how to post all the text messages from this company I will in my next post. They also keep directing me to the kittery Maine location so I’ll leave a review there too. All I want is what I paid for!

  This was our first time purchasing from Patio & Flame in hopes of supporting local business…and based on how terrible this experience was, this is also my first time writing a review.

After going into the showroom in Exeter, we decided to purchase a brand new glider and paid the extra fee to have it delivered and assembled at our home. When delivery day came, we received an already assembled glider that is covered in dirt and mold and looks like it’s been sitting outside for years. When I called to ask where the new glider was (that we paid extra to have assembled), I was repeatedly brushed off and told they would make it right yet after multiple calls and conversations, no one ever came to replace it.

We received no remedy to the situation and I was redirected to deal with their other location in Kittery who told me what I wanted to hear and never followed up. I’m incredibly disappointed with the bait and switch of seeing new products in Exeter that we chose to purchase new
only to receive old, dirty used products from Kittery. Wish we spent our money elsewhere.

  Can you give zero stars?  What a shame.  If anything goes wrong with your order after you paid, you will get nothing.  Untrustworthy, filed a complaint with the Maine AG office.  Anyone else experiencing problems should do the sam.

  They have incredible furniture here. We were looking for two simple backyard chairs. I get having nice high margin pieces. I wish they had some simpler choices. Nothing for us to buy here.

  Stopped In on vacation, driving by it was their grand opening.  There was a selection of Patio items I couldn’t find at home so they are shipping it to me. Nice people…Laina and Linda were great to work with!
