The owner showed up the first day I called and gave me a good price. Required 1/2 up front. He told me it would be a 2-3 day project. After agreeing and being paid in, it took a month for them to frame, insulate, and drywall half a room. There were several no call no shows after being repeatedly told someone would be there. The times they did show up, it was hours late. I was also told they would come in and do a clean up after... Every bit of the mess is still there from the paper, to the drywall mud, to debris all over the floor, to insulation in the garage, and a pile of pieces of sheetrock left outside the garage. I will give credit where it is due: the work, once it finally got done, does look nice. I can't complain about the work.
