AJ promptly came out and gave me advice and options and did his best to understand my needs. Once I selected the best option, he priced it very quickly, and I thought it was very reasonable pricing. The option I selected required a different cover for my outside wall box, and he did the research and found one which ended up fitting perfectly. We only met a few days ago and today he came and installed a brand new unit and did a complete and thorough installation himself. His workmanship is beautiful, and during the installation, he was very careful in my house and did great cleanup. Within a couple hours of the installation, he had filed the warranty for me and sent me a rebate coupon from the manufacturer. I highly recommend you consider AJ for your tankless water heater needs.
