The experience with this company was above and beyond what customer service generally looks like and feels like these days! 1 million stars to them, especially Sachi!!!!!!! - 1/5 — Anonymous This was the most ATROCIOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, and LAZY service I have ever experienced. Called as a new customer requesting emergency service for a broken water pump and no water. Website states they provide 24/7 service, but the owner was extremely reluctant to help because it was “his day off.” He treated me like I was a HUGE inconvenience and wasting his time. I sent him some pictures of the broken pump as per his request. Of course, while trying to find the information he needed on the pump, he treated me like I was an idiot. I told him to take his time as it was New Years Day, and didn’t want to pressure him. I drove into town and my text messaging was off for only about 30 minutes. Next thing I know, the owner is literally SCREAMING and CURSING at me by text. Yes, you heard it... cursing at me. What kind of business owner CURSES at his new customers?! I have never experienced such an unprofessional behavior, lazy attitude, and atrocious service in my life. This guy needs a lesson in professionalism and manners. I’m actually glad he didn’t actually come and attempt repairs - he probably would have created a huge mess, and tried to overcharge or blame his customers. What a mess of a business this guy is! As other reviews have said...do yourself a favor and find another company. He is reliable and I now call him with every question I have because I know I am getting the best knowledge. - 5/5 — Anonymous Mr Miller and his son Thomas were heaven sent when our hot water heater stopped working. They were SO kind, and responded quickly to our issue. They resolved our problem in a timely fashion and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
