There was no phone call or text prior to a service tech coming. When the service tech came, he told me he sent a text to my phone. I showed him my messages on my phone. No text received. b. Three days before the appointment, I sent my message asking if there was any preparation such as clearing out spaces needed. No response at all. c. Even when I called and left my message on the appointment date, no response came in.
