Their customer service rep was incredibly friendly and even worked to get a technician scheduled for Christmas Eve. She later called back, explained the repair might be more involved, and moved us to the day after Christmas — totally reasonable, and appreciated. Two technicians showed up five minutes early within their one-hour arrival window, which frankly deserves applause. They were friendly, efficient, and in and out in a little over an hour. One of them clearly explained what caused the leak and how they fixed it. Helpful pro tip: if a plumber seals the base of your toilet with caulk, it may be hiding a bad seal. These guys did it right — no caulk, no leaks. Bonus: the toilet no longer rocks when you sit on it. Extra bonus: the invoice came in much lower than expected.
