Well I never heard back and then nearly a week later one of their crews just showed up randomly at the site…. Wow lol. Anyway, I’d already hired another contractor because I never heard back from Ozburn so I politely declined the service. I don’t know how this place stays in business if this is how they operate in all honesty. Very unprofessional. - 5/5 — Anonymous Fast scheduling, efficient, professional service at a fair price. So a year later when I ran into difficulty on a do it myself installation, I called to set up an appointment for them to do it. They actually helped me to understand the difficulties I was encountering and gave me excellent guidance to complete the project myself over the phone This gave me a sense of satisfaction in completing the job and was not something They had to do. Thankfully, when the tech arrived, my electrical check out good and no repairs had to be made. I was advised that I would receive a bill in the mail for the service call. I had expected to see anything from $70-90 for the service call. I got back from being out of town and had a "minimum service call-residential" bill and was blown away. It was $225! I take responsibility and should have asked upfront the cost for a service call. I just can't give five-stars because I was so shocked at the cost when no repairs had to be made. I do appreciate the professionalism and timeliness of the company and this review is not to say I wouldn't use Ozburn again.
