There was a small install issue that required them to come back, but they were prompt, professional, and took care of it with no questions or hassle. Michael Wheat was our salesperson and he was excellent. Very patient, came back a couple of times while we decided what we wanted to do, and was straightforward the whole time. He even told us our old openers would probably run forever, but we chose to upgrade to new DC motor quiet openers anyway. The price was very fair and they’ve been great.
