I called Overhead Door at 3:06, they weren’t able to come out today without an overtime charge (a very reasonable charge) and I opted to pay that. It’s 4:50 pm and it’s already completely replaced. Great experience, incredible service and Dave Moore who did the work was great. Overhead has done work for me a couple times before and it’s a quick and great experience every time. - 5/5 — Anonymous I called after hours leaving message that I had a garage door spring that had broke and could I get a call back tomorrow am to schedule service. 07:17 next morning a gentleman called saying he could have a service technician arrive between 10:00-14:00 I said bring them on... I received another call from a very nice lady stating Service Technician "Dave Moore" was on his way and was 10min out. I asked her about going ahead and replacing them both. She quoted me price for just the one and discounted price for the second one. I was impressed with both single pricing and even more so the discount for having the second one replaced. I asked her to have Dave replace both if possible. Dave arrived by 10:45 walking upto my residence with all his tools, ladder, 2 springs and more importantly a great attitude!! I escorted Dave to my garage where he immediately assessed the situation and jumped right in. He replaced both springs and when serviced the entire door. I'm more than a happy customer. I'm a customer that will now always use them if and when needed as well recommend to anyone I hear needing service... Sad to say, but it's become harder finding quality work and mannerisms like what I got today with Dave & Overhead Door. A friend recommended these guys after I told him about other garage repair companys I'd gotten a quote from and how ridiculous their prices were and how shady they felt. I can't emphasize enough how scammy the other repair places were. Call these guys and you can tell the difference, very genuine people. So glad he recommended them.
