Will be bringing my BMW X5 here for all services. I just moved back to LA from out of state and I was concerned about finding someone that specialized in European cars. Otto's was the first business in my area that popped up. I took my car in for front tires. We discussed everything at length, as I have some knowledge about my car since my ex-husband was a BMW master tech. Sucks when you get divorced and lose your mechanic lol. Anyway I took my car there they did a full assessment and we discussed what was the most important work to be done including the tires. They absolutely advised me and we discussed all work that was recommend and in what order. I was very happy there was no high pressure tactics. And they were very respectful of me knowing about my car. Some places will try and make you feel like you don't know what you are talking about, especially if you are a woman. From the reviews I could tell other clients were extremely happy with services. It's hard to find a mechanic and especially on that works on European cars you can trust and I am just thrilled I found them. Prices are very far for the good work they are doing.
