No need to do the three bids; save yourself time and hassle and call Otter Creek Homes. Lauren, Chris, and their exceptional team were outstanding professionals to work with. Their craftsmanship, communication, ability to stay within budget and complete projects on time is unmatched. The design/construction combo makes the entire project seamless. We trusted them 100% with our entire house renovation, including styling and we now live in our dream home.

  Otter Creek did a primary bathroom renovation for us about 4 years ago, and our experience was so great that we hired them again for a much more extensive home renovation that they recently completed for us. Just like last time, our experience was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, the entire OCH team was professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with.

Our project involved completely gutting and expanding our kitchen and basement, as well as adding a first-floor primary bedroom and bath with additional storage below. It was a massive undertaking, but Lauren and Erica (our designers), Chris (who scoped the project), and Dan (our project manager) made the process seamless. Their attention to detail, transparent communication, expertise, and commitment to quality work were evident every step of the way.

Lauren and Erica really understood our vision and style, and delivered design recommendations that perfectly captured what we were looking for. Our kitchen and bathroom designs came out beautifully, blending function and style perfectly. They created a look that not only stands out on its own but also complements the rest of our home, making everything feel cohesive and thoughtfully designed.

The crew was fantastic—which is so important when you have people in your home for months. They were professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. Not only did the project turn out beautifully, but it was also completed on time and on budget—which is almost unheard of in renovations.

We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Otter Creek to anyone considering a home renovation or build. If we ever take on another project, they will be our first call!

  We were very fortunate to work with Otter Creek on our condo remodel. The entire team was professional, friendly and highly responsive. Their kitchen and bathroom design team was top notch and super efficient at turning our vision into a beautiful, highly functional design. We really appreciated their weekly updates and commitment to high quality work. When unexpected challenges came up they were creative and collaborative and quickly developed solutions that preserved our aggressive schedule and worked within our budget. We highly recommend Otter Creek!

  We were fortunate to have Otterecreek complete a renovation for us for the second time. Once again, we had a great experience working with Chris and Lauren.   This time, our renovation was much larger and included the kitchen, dining room, pantry, and a primary suite addition. The design team was excellent, creative, and truly outstanding! Lauren and Erica presented plans that incorporated many elements we never would have considered, such as antique mirror tiles for the pantry, quartzite countertops, and a beautiful mix of metals. They truly brought our dream home to life. The crew was exceptional as well. Chris and his Team promptly addressed all of our questions and concerns, and the weekly email updates on completed projects and next steps ensured that the project stayed on schedule.

  We are so fortunate to have worked with Lauren, Chris and the fantastic members of the Otter Creek Home team to renovate five rooms in our home. The project ran smoothly from the beautiful design to the construction phase to completion. OCH stayed on time and on budget throughout a pandemic no less! Not to mention everyone who entered our home was respectful, responsive and sweet with our young kids and excitable dog. We are looking forward to working with them again for future projects!
