  The guys came right away on short notice and did a thorough job removing the debris efficiently for a reasonable price. I highly recommend their services. You will not be disappointed!

  Stephan and his team at Orival Property Services have completed several projects for me, including installing a new door, new vents, drywall work, and replacing broken roof shingles. Their work is exceptional, with great attention to detail. Stephan is very personable, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and his crew for any project you need done!

  Orival Property Services one of the best construction companies in the area.
They pay attention to the details and don’t cut the corners.
There is no small or big project for them, they would build you a deck, stairs, remodel bathroom, kitchen or you name it.
I would highly recommend Stephan and his crew for your outdoor or indoor projects.
You’ll get high quality results at reasonable price.

  Couldn’t recommend Orival enough! Stephan and his team did such a thorough job at our home. As new home owners, we had many odds and ends that needed to be fixed (and even redone). They not only completed everything, but helped answer our questions and figure out next steps for larger projects. They patched drywall and installed a utility door for our wash and dryer, cleaned up our ceiling HVAC vents (they were hacked in poorly), completely reframed and installed our basement door (with trim and connecting concrete floor),  and removed our junk from moving. Stephan is a true handyman; so if you’re not sure who or where to call for a job-just call Orival. Reasonable price and a pleasure to work with! We’ll be using them from now on in our home.

  Stephan and his team were extremely professional.  We had some flood damage from recent storms and needed to repair flood cuts and do some paint touch ups.  Stephan's team did both!!

They installed dry wall, painted, filled cracks, built trim and molding, and filled/sanded holes in the wall (then covered them with paint.)

Overall they got the job done in a timely way, and were extremely flexible.    They also charged a very reasonable price.

Super pleased and would definitely hire again.
