  I had an excellent experience with Charlie. He did such a great job during his first visit that I specifically requested Reliance to send him back again, and I’m glad they did. Charlie is knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely takes pride in his work. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for reliable and skilled plumbing service.

Charlie, Cameron, and David were absolutely great to work with! Very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was done properly and efficiently. The work was well organized, and completed with a lot of care. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it really shows.

  Tom did a great job fixing a burst pipe in my garage.  He answered all my plumbing questions even though some of them were unrelated to the job at hand.   There was genuine care throughout the whole interaction.  Thanks you Tom and I would absolutely recommend you to anyone needing plumbing repairs!

  Tom came by to take a look at our hot water and water pressure issues and was fantastic from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the problems, explained everything clearly, and made the whole situation feel much less stressful. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Exactly the kind of plumber you hope shows up at your door. Highly recommend Tom if you want someone who knows their stuff and actually takes the time to help.
