They came out on a day to remove a tree, and I asked them not to come out. I looked at one of the workers and told them not to cut the tree down because I was still deciding. I had to go to work and I left in about 20 minutes later my son sends me a video of them cutting down the tree. So basically they were trespassing. On top of it they did not cut the step down or grind it down. Had to call and have them come back to do that which they were very hesitant and did not come back out in a timely manner. Then when they did come back to grind it down, they did not grind it and still left a bunch of the branches underneath. Spent almost a month trying to reach out to him again to have that cut down. They did not reach out to say they were coming, but when I got home one day, they had been there and had done it. Once again trespassing on my property because they did not communicate that they would be there. And then that third time they did not take the mulcher away. So it is so frustrating of their communication that I would never recommend using their tree service unless you want just utter frustration from a company. - 1/5 — Anonymous Called to get a quote and set an appointment to meet with them at 11am over my lunch. I waited 20 min and gave them a call. The person on the other line said they would check into it and give me a call right back. I never heard from them after that. I try not to be a difficult person and understand if a previous appointment last longer than expected. They delivered top quality hard wood bulk mulch right to where I requested, making it quick and easy to lay. I would highly recommend!
