He diagnosed it, and was able to repair and replace parts in the same visit making sure that it continued working reliably before he left. He is extremely knowledgably, and took the time to explain what was wrong, and gave recommendations on what could be done in the future. On the Sunday of July 4th weekend, our hot water heater broke. He installed a new unit within a few hours. It was incredible service and very reasonably priced for the situation.
