Found the contractor online and had a 5 star rating and was close to my house. They opened at 7 and George arrived at 8. It was obvious the panel had to be replaced. His wife got the permits, ordered the parts, and scheduled the power company George removed the old panel and got everything ready. At noon his son arrived with the parts and everything was done including having the power turned back on. 8 hours. Had no quotes to compare with, but it was cold and wet and I asked George to just do it and make things safe and up to code.
