The second, also a drain re-liner couldn't do it and wanted to have another company saw and remove the concrete so they could put in a new drain pipe. Rock, from Nu Flow, came out and gave me a bid that was much better than the other companies. His confidence and professionalism was readily apparent. Within a day or two, he and his crew came out and made the repairs. They were definitely the professionals in that business. My only regret is that they weren't listed when I searched for drain cleaners and repair companies. It would have saved me much frustration. Really glad they came out.
