Jeff was dispatched onsite as first appointment day after Christmas. Jeff quite quickly diagnosed the connector inside the roof unit. Jeff was very nice in charging a very fair rate; apparently no additional fee for urgent response/holiday. We have been a long-time customer for NorthPort, which will most definitely persist.
