I'm sure that' difficult with it snowing and all, but they were able to fit me in. They also kept in constant communication with me on when they'd show up. Christian showed up and listened to my "diagnosis" and was able to rectify the situation in a manner with such ease. Even educated me on some things. I had a competitor come out last week, and within 2 minutes of being there, his first thought was to sell me a new furnace. Christian, actually took the time to listen to me, work on the furnace, and come up with the solution. The whole time, keeping me abreast of my options. I hate that competitors only guide is to sell you something new. I know I'll need a new furnace one day, but today ain't it.
