He checked the entire plumbing throughout my house got everything in a great working order. We noticed a small issue with my water heater and he talked through it and let me know my options and we got it taken care of. He even gave me a dog bowl for my dogs, which was really cool. - 5/5 — Anonymous 100% Completely Satisfied! We contacted North Valley Mechanical in January of 2024 to assess our HVAC system. Our upstairs would be incredibly hot, while our downstairs would be ice cold. Once Kyle W. showed up and took a look at our system, we knew we were in good hands. Kyle was extremely patient with us as he explained every option that we had open to us. He let us know what we HAD to do, what we SHOULD do and what we COULD do to prevent any issues in the future. Kyle was incredibly helpful at actually explaining our current system setup to us and why it was incorrect and not performing like it should. We decided to have everything taken care of correctly, so that our HVAC system would function 100% properly. The team that was responsible for removing our old system in the attic(including ductwork) and replacing it with the new system was nothing but professional, courteous and really seemed to work well together. We really hope the owner of NVM reads this so he can acknowledge the team of Kyle, George, Xavier, Carlos and Bret for being such an outstanding face of the company. His recommendations led us to getting a new HVAC unit which we had been putting off way too long. Tyler helped us make the right choice and had it fully installed within 2 days. Amazing! The technicians that did the install in one day were great and didn’t stop working until the job was finished. We had to have a sink basket replaced and when he saw that our home warranty coverage was denied, he went as far as to talk to our warranty company to justify coverage. He really was an overall nice, professional person who clearly just wanted to best. He even provided a few tips to help us with the plumbing heath.
